Youth Human Impact Association is a Polish non-governmental organization, operating since 2015, and we are young and determined people. We organize social, educational, and civic projects within the borders of Poland as well as internationally. We Operate mainly in Warsaw, Łomża, Tricity and Cracow.

The purpose of our initiatives is to promote a more active, varied, open and inclusive society. We show others how much potential they have and how much influence they have on the environment around them. We help people embrace and perform their passions and implement ideas for social activities. We create opportunities to develop the competencies necessary in the XXI century.

People who co-found the Youth Human Impact Association are both professionals and enthusiasts. The thing that united us is our incredible energy, passion for growth, care for the future of our world, and determination to carry out real social change. We rely on our creativity and outstanding thinking. With us, everyone is important and every person brings a lot to the team. We believe where there is a will there is a way.

WHAT DO WE DO?

We create initiatives within the framework of Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, and Norwegian Funds and use other local, regional, and national grants. We carry out  international exchanges, social campaigns, training courses, workshops, debates, and conferences. We focus on the topics of active citizenship, development of leadership, intercultural integration, and entrepreneurship.

We are eager to share our experience by conducting workshops and training others. At the same time, we ourselves are constantly learning new things and challenging ourselves further.   

The main method we use to achieve our goals is non-formal education, which means learning through practice and experience. Our projects are aimed at youth, people with fewer opportunities, and anyone who wishes to act in favor of the community, influence the environment and develop their own skills.

We cooperate with other non-governmental organizations from all around the world, the media, institutions of public authority, politicians, journalists, volunteers, experts, trainers, facilitators, and representatives of various professions, and fields of life, depending on the carried project. WHY?

We live in a globalized and digitalized world, yet it is full of inequality, transformations  in all fields of life, and new challenges. We perceive it as an opportunity for a real social change.
