Before you dig in
Recently, we’ve sent a group of motivated young people to a youth exchange “StartUp Spark”. The project was held from 6th to 14th of March 2024 in Cuevas Bajas, Málaga, Spain organized by Asociación EuroMuévete.
In the project, there were 37 participants from 6 countries: Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Cyprus , Poland, Hungary. Project co-funded by the European Union programme.
The following paragraphs were written by the participants themselves. We think it captivates the essence of such projects in the best manner possible. 😊
About the project
StartUp Spark proved to be an extraordinary endeavor, providing participants with a unique opportunity to delve deeper into the complexities of unemployment and the ramifications of the Covid-19 pandemic on the employment landscape.
The exchange was facilitated in the picturesque Spanish enclave of Cuevas Bajas, where the allure of the surroundings made it challenging not to be captivated.
The project immersed us in a series of profoundly enriching activities. These not only enabled us to scrutinize pertinent issues but also fostered the dissolution of language and social barriers among participants.
Moreover, the program afforded us the opportunity to intimately acquaint ourselves with diverse cultures. Representing a cohort of thirty-seven individuals, countries including Poland, Spain, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, and Cyprus converged in this cultural exchange. Throughout the sessions, we honed our skills through informal education methodologies, rendering the classes stimulating and conducive to profound knowledge acquisition.
Furthermore, we cultivated connections within the local community, engaging in activities with indigenous entrepreneurs and psychologists, such as Pablo Creciendo Feliz, which enriched our understanding of the local dynamics.
