Four countries, one mission, and joint efforts to strengthen the role of women in society.
During LTTA2 in Malaga, participants of the BET ON A WOMAN! project from Poland, Spain, Portugal, and Turkey met to exchange experiences, open up to new perspectives, and develop their competencies in working with young women from disadvantaged backgrounds.
During the training, we focused on:
✔ Developing leadership and entrepreneurial skills
✔ Tools to build self-confidence
✔ Stepping into the shoes of young women to better understand their needs
✔ Learning about social and cultural differences between countries
✔ Preparing interviews with young women from disadvantaged groups
It was an intense, inspiring, and thought-provoking experience. Because real change starts with understanding.
