Connect & Unite: Leadership and Soft Skills Development
The “Connect & Unite” project is an intensive training course designed for youth workers and educators who want to enhance their leadership skills and non-formal education techniques. During the 10-day program, participants will explore psychology, soft skills, and modern educational methods.
Project Goals:
- Developing leadership and soft skills – participants will gain practical tools in assertiveness, communication, creativity, and team management.
- Increasing knowledge of modern educational methods – workshops will cover crowd psychology, social media navigation, building resilience, and well-being.
- Promoting international cooperation – the project will create a space for integration and experience exchange among participants from different European countries.
- Creating practical tools for educators – participants will develop a digital bank of simulation games to help engage youth in the educational process.
What’s Next?
“Connect & Unite” is just the beginning of this year’s initiatives! Soon, we will announce more projects under the accreditation program, allowing even more educators and youth workers to benefit from innovative teaching methods.
