From August 19 to 30, representatives of the Polish organization Youth Human Impact will take part in the Better Up project, carried out in collaboration with a partner from Italy. The initiative aims to develop key competencies among participants and exchange best practices in process management, effective planning, and team collaboration.
The Better Up project was designed to address the growing need for innovative management methods and techniques to optimize organizational processes. Partners from Poland and Italy will work together to develop new solutions in team management and organizational culture-building. This collaboration will allow participants to enhance their skills and apply new techniques in their daily work.
One of the most crucial elements of the project will be workshops and training sessions led by experts from both organizations. These sessions will focus on effective brainstorming techniques, constructive discussion facilitation, and process planning methods. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore the organizational culture of the Italian partner and observe how these innovative techniques are applied in practice.
In addition to workshop sessions, the project includes study visits, which will allow participants to exchange experiences and closely examine how both organizations operate. The event will also have a strong integration aspect, fostering connections between Polish and Italian participants and promoting long-term international collaboration.
Youth Human Impact expects that the Better Up project will bring significant benefits to both organizations and facilitate the implementation of proven practices in their daily operations. The results of this collaboration will soon be evident not only within the organizations but also in the social initiatives they undertake.
