The main result of the Bet on a Woman project is a practical toolkit created for women who want to strengthen their personal, professional, and social competences through sport, as well as for educators, trainers, and organizations working with and for women.

The toolkit includes practical exercises, inspiration, and good practices aimed at empowering girls and women through sports, with a strong focus on non-formal education and gender equality. It was developed based on the experiences of participants and trainers involved in international project activities held in Spain, Poland, Croatia, and Italy.

The publication is free and available online. It can be used by NGOs, schools, informal groups, and individuals who are eager to support women in discovering and unleashing their potential.

The toolkit consists of three main sections:

  1. Knowledge & Inspiration – explaining why sport can be a powerful tool for women’s development and introducing key concepts related to gender equality.
  2. Good Practices – real examples of initiatives and projects from different countries that brought positive change to local communities.
  3. Set of Activities & Methods – ready-to-use tools for working with diverse groups of women of all ages and backgrounds.

The “Bet on a Woman” Toolkit was created in collaboration with international partners and is available in English. It was developed as part of a project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
