Connect & Unite is an international project implemented by Youth Human Impact under the Erasmus+ accreditation. It combines non-formal education, psychology, and practical tools for youth workers.

As part of the project, a mobility meeting took place in Tykocin, where educators and trainers from various countries came together to explore modern approaches to working with young people, especially those from Generation Z and Generation Alpha.

The scope of the workshops included:

  • development of soft skills: communication, assertiveness, creativity, teamwork
  • crowd psychology, motivation, and the power of first impressions
  • Agile Scrum methodology
  • mindfulness training, mental resilience, and emotional wellbeing
  • conscious use of social media and building digital resilience
  • designing social campaigns and creating simulation games

The project promoted European values such as equality, human rights, freedom, and active citizenship. International cooperation fostered intercultural dialogue and inclusion.

The project is co-financed by the European Union under the Erasmus+ program.
