It’s official – we’ve kicked off the international project Being Wellbeing, aimed at strengthening the competencies of leaders, educators, and youth workers across Europe.
In response to the growing mental, emotional, and social challenges faced by the younger generation, we are co-creating a space for developing resilience, empathetic communication, and values-based education.
The project will run until 2026, with a strong focus on both local action and international cooperation. One of the key moments will be the international training in Tykocin (May 13–22, 2025), during which young leaders and educators from across Europe will learn how to effectively support youth in building mental and social wellbeing.
Throughout the project, we will focus on:
- developing emotional intelligence and psychological resilience,
- tools for group work and relationship building,
- methods of non-formal education, gamification, and facilitation,
- building community and inclusive, modern communication.
We believe that mental health is fundamental – both in education and everyday life.
Being Wellbeing is not just a project – it’s a long-term shift in how we think about young people, their potential, and their needs.
We’ll soon share the first outcomes of our mobility activities and what’s coming next!
The project is co-financed by the European Union under the Erasmus+ program.
